So I got a brand new dark core rgb a month or two ago and so far it's worked ok. Recently it has been experiencing problems with charging and I can't seem to find a fix for it. A few days ago I noticed the battery was getting low so I plugged it in to charge it. Nothing out of the ordinary and I leave it plugged in at least overnight.

The DARK CORE connects wirelessly with its USB receiver or via Bluetooth, has a thumb rest and a detachable pinky rest, and has a higher polling rate. Unfortunately, its sensor is somewhat inconsistent. Comparatively, the SABRE is wired-only, significantly lighter, and has a lower lift-off distance.

1. Posted February 3, 2021. Hi, I bought the Dark Core RGB Pro from Corsair last month to use with my MacBook Pro. At first, it worked fine, but last week, the dongle wasn't properly recognize by iCue. It created an issue where I had a duplicate of my mouse. I solved the problem by updating iCue, the dongle and the mouse's software and paring it.

The instructions were simple - delete the ASUS folder within the Plugins section of the iCUE install directory; all of a sudden, we're up and running from something as simple as that. However, we weren't out of the woods just yet. The next issue manifested itself as "error" when trying to update the firmware on the mouse and dongle.

It is a 2.4ghz wireless mouse, not bluetooth. The dongle must be plugged into a usb 2 socket or a shielded usb 3, many USB 3 sockets are not shielded. 1) Turn mouse off/on to when it's behaving improperly to fix. 2) When switching modes (wired/wireless) iCUE can change to another profile, causing these issues. I've also found that with iCUE updates, sometimes the existing profiles no longer work properly, and need to be redone. Go to topic listing All Activity Home Forums LEGACY TOPICS.

So i just got the new Dark Core Pro mouse, when i plug the USB dongle in it doesn't detect it in Windows and the 'initialize' button is grayed out, tried it on two different computers and multiple different USB ports, i bought this mouse as a replacement for my 2nd M65 Elite that had left click issues hoping for an improvement but here we are with yet more frustration.
